Everything! It’s a gorgeous property, with a wonderful garden and a great terrace area for drinks/meals. They are also extremely dog friendly. They provided food/water bowls as well as a soft rug for our dog (and treats)! The garden view room was lovely - our dog loved to sit by the Juliet balcony and look outside. And they do serve a brilliant breakfast! The entire staff was quite nice and helpful as well.

Great location! Our room is on the corner of 8th fl. Fantastic views from the room! Very quiet even though it's next to the rail tracks. You can't hear a thing! Comfy bed, even the sofa bed is quite nice! Good mini bar!

They provided a transportation ticket to go to the old town which was very useful as the hotel is some distance outside.

Amazing choice if you need to be near to the train station, especially for the ones arriving late at night since the hotel is just right next to the station. Breakfast is also perfect, with lots of choices which we honestly didn’t expect but we were pleasantly impressed. Also we need to mention the staff. Super friendly and helpful, from the ladies in the breakfast area to the staff from the reception. They helped us to storage our luggage. Overall it’s really good for the price. Plus it’s next to the mall, in case you need anything it’s right next to the hotel and also taxi station in the front.

20 mins walk into the old town and Christmas markets which was a good thing for exercise! Room was very comfortable, quiet and freshly decorated with modern facilities. Good range of breakfast products made the early morning very acceptable.

A small, exclusive hotel with personal flair. It consists of two buildings, Altstadthotel and the Residenz, located opposite each other in a quiet side street of the city’s pedestrian area.
