Everything, I fell sick on my first day of arrival in Bhutan and requested an early check in and they accommodated me without any question. During my stay , they constantly checked on me and asked if im feeling better and if i needed anything. The heated mattress was a life saver to me. All the ladies attended with a big smile and were very respectful. I didn't get their names but Thank you so much to all the ladies in Ludrong Hotel for a top notch hospitality.

Perfect and comfortable stay, with family including elderly parents and our toddler daughter. Hotel had all necessary facilities, good choice of food, great location and very very helpful staff. Using the Indoor heated swimming pool in the cold weather was the highlight !

Staff were professional, the hotel itself is modern tone yet got local art details, welcoming reception waiting area, great hospitality to bring welcome tea also for my local guides really warms my heart, cozy dinning area, and spacious spotless clean bathroom and room with the beautiful view of balcony. Easily can spend a few nights just on retreat mode. The staff were all so attentive and helpful to provide the best experience for their guests through communication.
