A real gem. Everything was perfect. From the whole structure and rooms nicely decorated and spotless, the attentive and welcoming staff. The great location with magnificent views. Their staffs are so kind and friendly. They help me with luggage, out-going plan and hot water 😊😊. And the hotel is very near to the bus stop, which is best for me as I have a heavy luggage 🥰🥰 The guests there are so friendly too. They smile or say hello when we meet each other.

The hotel was nice and cosy, but the most outstanding part was the view! The room was spacious, clean and with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The bus stop is located literally in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient to reach it after a long travel day.

This hotel’s location is truly fantastic, as it is situated directly in front of Mürren BLM Station, so there is no need to walk a long distance while pulling heavy luggage. Our party consisted of six people—four stayed in a family room, and the other two stayed in a separate room. The family room had a balcony and was equipped with one queen bed and two single beds, which comfortably accommodated four people. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bedding and furnishings were all well-prepared and in excellent condition. From the balcony, we had a clear view of the Silberhorn and the Jungfrau mountain behind it. The balcony offered a splendid view of the beautiful landscape of Mürren. All the front desk staff were very kind. The breakfast at the hotel was also of high quality. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was very fresh. During breakfast, a waiter came to each table to take drink orders, such as coffee, tea, or hot chocolate (included in the breakfast). The view from the breakfast restaurant windows was also wonderful. Our entire family was extremely satisfied with our stay.
