Mario gave us extremely warm welcome when we checkin, and the thorough experience of our stay was so beyond expectation： Our room was next to the room where President Bush stayed. It had a big window facing the lake which allowed us to oberserve the double rainbow appeared in the early morning. Strongly recommend everyone who comes to Brunnen to stay here, especially the lake side room.

Wellness Hotel Stoos is located in Stoos, a quiet car free mountain village,1300 metres above sea level, above Brunnen on the Lake of Lucern.

Amazing location and experience. Superb views from balcony. Staff is great and helpful, we needed a bit medical attention, all was organized. Room was small, but sufficient. Spa is great, not large, but we were lucky to have opportunity to sunbath outside - plenty of space - cozy and nice. towels, bathrobes good quality. Good cocktails, not so expensive for Switzerland :) Great stay, walking distance to few bars, we found one store, close to hiking trails and table cars. Super quiet! Love to come back!

The views the hotel offers are magnificent. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choice (hot options available as well). The dining area is beautiful, offering splendid views of the mountains around. There is a large terrace outside, which is a great relax on on a nice day. While a bit dated, the room we got was clean and comfortable. Free parking and SPA facilities are highly appreciated. We'll definitely come again if we're back in the area.

Hands down the location - up on top of the mountain with miraculous views of Lucern, the Lucern lakes and surrounding areas as well as views of the slopping green farming mountains, and finally the snow cape mountains. I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise!
