We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Bella Tola & Spa in Switzerland, a beautifully restored hotel set in a magical location. The Hotel Alpina is directly across from the gondola and cable car. You can't be closer to the slopes unless you camp out on the hill! The staff were amazing. I can't speak French or German and had no problem communicating with the staff at the hotel and the restaurant.

William and Coralie were extremely thoughtful and welcoming hosts. They prepared a lovely breakfast for us that included several products from the region such as the fruit compotes, apple juice, and eggs as well as the cheeses and meats. The rooms were very clean and spacious and we slept like babies underneath the comfortable duvets. The location itself is beautiful. We woke up to a breathtakingly clear view of the mountains and sunny weather. Furthermore, they were extremely kind when I reached out about a forgotten sweater and made sure to get it back to me.

My boyfriend and I spent a lovely weekend in this hotel. The welcome has been extremely friendly and warm, the room was very clean and pretty, and we could enjoy a rich and tasty breakfast. Very recommended!
