We loved our spacious room and if you leaned over the balcony you could see the Matterhorn. The staff was extremely welcoming to usabd our 2 dogs, delicious breakfast and we loved their kindness to let us use their spa ( after check out) once we came back from a very long hike . The location was great! It was located a little further off the main street, so it was a bit quieter, and had an amazing view of the Matterhorn. The staff was amazingly friendly and eager to suggest activities and amenities. It was easy to arrange for a shuttle to and from the train station for hauling luggage. It was nice to have breakfast offered at the property.

Absolutely everything and even more! This is the most friendly, cosy, tasty, clean, comfy, lovely and details oriented hotel I ever stayed in. All staff is super welcoming. The location is just perfect: 7 minutes walk to the train station, 7 minutes walk to ski lifts, 5 minutes walk to city center. Breakfast was my motivation to wake up in the morning, absolutely delicious, with big choice of whatever makes you happy in the morning 😋 Huge thank you for making me feel like at home ♥️ I will definitely come back!
