it was great! the bed was comfy, the shower was the best I had in Costa Rica, the pool was clean and actually refreshing, fast and stable internet, the breakfast buffet was excellent and everybody was super friendly and helpful. we used the laundry service in the evening and got it back the next morning. we rented a motorbike, which was a great deal and we enjoyed it a lot. the bicycles looked good too, all new and in a good condition.

Our stay was exceptional. The bungalows and rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. This Italian owned hotel truly reflects its high standards in both the quality of its food and the honesty and warmth of its staff. Amazing accommodation, very luxurious! The staff (especially Jose) were always kind and helpful regardless of the requests. The breakfast was great, the dinner as well (4 courses, with three options for the main one). The pool was clean, usually not crowded. There was a gate that leads directly to the beach.

    The property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very clean; the air con is amazing after a long day at the beach! The pool is incredible and the breakfast options were delicious. WiFi was perfect. There was a virus going around while we stayed and it was the perfect place to be while sick - cool, quiet, relaxing!

    We loved the hotel because it was very cosy and the staff was just absolutely brilliant. They were kind, thoughtful and smiling ! so rare ! Well done ! We loved the pool, watching our favorite Netflix show on the tv while relaxing in the jacuzzi. We loved the breakfasts and the massage table ! We recommend this hotel. Bathroom and toilets are also clean and perfect.
