I request refund of our payment since the behaviour of the owners was unpolite and unprofessional They didnt even know about the reservation thiug we paid, we were coming to the apartment and it looked like it in not ready 45 before arrival. The owner was highly unpleasant telling me there are more Apartments and more owners and maybe I booked another one (sic!) I didnt. This was the last one. I described it etc After the owner called me back and confirmed it was too. 1) i would not go for accommodation where people make a lot of money and obviously dont care 2) i had to find another shelter for my son and mě, right away, not drive to a place uncertain we have some vacancies Eva Kalousová

The staff are amazing, pool is open 24 hours, my car was broken down so I had to come by train, the hotel pick us up from the train station and deliver us back when we requested.
