Everyone working here was a friendly and memorable character. They always made us feel cared for and comfortable and tailored our trip depending on what we wanted to do. They often predicted correctly what we wanted before we even asked! It was a beautiful island but what made it really shine was the staff. We didn't want to leave mostly because we wanted to keep talking to them even! for the price paid at lest a breakfast included, i paid with tax $539 fijian dollars cash , and i did not have a nice receptioniste, she was chinese could not speak english proplerly, she should of excuse herself and give me to another person so the communication boundaries went well, I was dressed simple and she took me mybe for a local, I was not greeted with a refreshment either, I dont have to say I'm from Noumea the little Paris of the Pacific.
