AustraliaVery comfortable flat with all the comforts of home. John was great - he provided us with most of the info we needed when we got there, and was responsive to questions. The place is close to everything in Windermere, including the bus that goes to the other towns. I would stay here again any time.

Czech RepublicWe really enjoyed our time here, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and warm welcoming. The food was always amazing. I must leave an extra note for 5 stars cleaning! The city is clean with nice shops and amazing restaurants. We gonna go back again!

Breakfast was lovely and served fast. I enjoyed the self check in aspect and the rooms were perfect. We had a lovely view and everything we needed. Perfect location for pubs and the train station was right next door.

We were immediately shown around the hotel & everything was explained to us which was a really personal touch. The spa was absolutely beautiful and having the pool side bar in there felt like a really nice luxury. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Room was stunning and very spacious pictures do not do it justice. Spotlessly clean and the spa facilities were perfect, sauna, steam room and cold plunge is a must. Two hot tubs one hot and one cool, we paid for massages on arrival and was not disappointed. Natasha who performed my lava shell back massage was very bubbly and polite. Staff are friendly, with a glass of prosecco on arrival (mulled wine at Christmas time). Rooms are really nice and clean (have only stayed in rooms with a hot tub). The hot tub on the balcony is good to relax in if that's what you like or you can go round the town which is only a 5 minute walk away. The best part is the pub/spa. I liked the little gifts of products left by the maids on the bed. The breakfast was very tasty and catered for everyone. All rooms such as the cocktail bar and lounge were lovely to sit in. The bar was relaxing. The spa had a lot of facilities such as steam & saunas and had a very calming atmosphere. I liked the little basket in the room to use for the spa!
