The hotel itself was amazing but the staff made it exceptional. They were all so polite, friendly and professional. Leo looked after us really well in the executive lounge. He is an asset to the company. My step daughter and I commented that Hilton must be a nice company to work for as all staff seemed happy and always had time to chat while looking after us.

The receptionist (Ron! Give this man a raise please) is the kindest, funniest and most lovely Scot I came across here, maybe even the most lovely person of the UK, we had such a warm welcome by him, definitely an amazing way to kick off your stay! The other staff is also very very helpful and amongst the kindest I’ve ever come across in my years of traveling. Well that is just the beginning, now come the rooms. The decor is absolutely amazing, super warm and cozy. The bed is absurdly comfortable and big and the bathroom is extremely clean and modern. The corridors are clean and look very safe because they’re well equipped with a lot of firedoors, there’s carpet and look very safe and cozy just like the room.

    The hotel itself has gorgeous interior design and the member of staff at reception was lovely checking us in to our room, giving us complimentary glass of prosecco card and welcoming us. The wellness centre room including the sauna, heated loungers and plunge pool were great and we left feeling relaxed however we had intended to use the gym before assuming it was the same area but you need to book your slots in advance and get a separate key card.

    We loved the room, it was very spacious and very well-finished. The bathroom was stunning and we liked the heated towel feature. The bed was very comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the window seat with a hot chocolate in the morning! The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious and lots of variety! The location is a short walk to Queen street station and perfect for seeing the city. We loved the wellness facilities, really made our stay perfect!

    The room was spacious, clean, and very new. For a stay with breakfast, it was quite a good price. There are gym and sauna. Staff were friendly and always tried to help.
