Spa Hotels in Stavros

I visited here Isla Brown Chania with my best friend back in early September. We we first greeted by the beautiful hotel aesthetics and was in awe as the hotel has such incredible views. There were two very memorable members of staff who was absolutely amazing, Katerina was amazing, she went above and beyond to help us and she has a wealth of knowledge regarding the island and things to do. Simone was also very lovely, responsive to our needs and very accommodating. There were mixed reviews which was quite concerning, but our stay was nothing short of amazing. We had the breakfast option included with our booking, there was ample options to choose from and I was satisfied. However, my only issue was with the food options around the pool area during the day. In my opinion it was very basic and tasteless. There was a little shop inside the hotel for basic supplies, however to travel to the nearest supermarket you’d need to get a cab. Bear in mind when travelling, you may want to hire a car as we spent a lot of money on cabs from the hotel to chania old town, which have several good food options. This is about 25-30 mins away. Another bonus is that chania airport is literally 15 mins away. I think reviews are based on the person and their experience, unfortunately sometimes people do not wish to share their positive experiences. Yes, there is room for improvement like ensuring there is enough toilet tissue in the public toilets, however the rooms were cleaned daily, wish fresh towels and toiletries included. Very mixed age ranges also and I believe Isla Brown caters for all. Lastly, I have to say due to my own personal music preference, I was definitely impressed with the genres of music played daily and overall would 100% recommend staying here, I will definitely return some day!

One of the best non-network hotels we've been. Perfect bed, pillows, amazing view and very nice breakfast. The personelle was very helpful, friendly and professional.

The hotel is an old French embassy, fully renovated two years ago. Amazing building, suite with jacuzzi was really nice (more like a small private pool). Food in general was very nice, of very high quality. Breakfast also very nice, a la carte. Above all, staff was amazing, giving us tips about where to go and where to eat, hats off to Vasiliki, Anna and Maria. It is also very close to the old town of Chania, avoiding all the noise and the crowdness of staying too close.

A beautiful and cosy hotel - with superb personal service from the manager Angela and her staff. The rooms are fresh and clean. And just on the outside a perfectly sized pool for the kids to play in. Also great with a shop just across the street. All this just a 10min walk from the beach

Fantastic hosts who went above and beyond what is expected to make my stay as easy and pleasant as possible. An amazing view of Souda bay and a lovely garden with ample space for my son to play. Comfy bed and a kitchen with everything you could ask for, including a huge amount of food such as snacks, fruit, cooking ingredients and alcohol. Near the airport and a short walk from a bus stop serving Chania, Rethymno, the airport and various other places. Sadly we only stayed one night so had no time to use some facilities but we'd definitely return

Amazing view. Incredible staff. Exceptional facilities (the spa tub is still giving me goose bumps of excitement). This place was the highlight of our stay in Crete. More than looking forward to our next trip to Chania!

Exceptional staff, they were SO friendy and welcoming! The hotel is located directly across the beach, where guests have their choice of nice sunbeds and are served water free of charge. The minibar is included in the room price and refilled every day. The breakfast is a la carte and excellent. Also impiortant: It is very hard to find a parking spot in Chania, and the hotel offers a parking service to their guests free of charge. This was a GREAT service!!!
