Facility in room and hotel are kept in clean and stuff service levlel was very high. Highly recommended. Only concern is this hotel locates in factory area and there was no resraurant and shops aroud there.

The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

The hotel was exactly as we expected,clean and spacious, The staff were unbelievably friendly and always willing to help with a big smile…They really made us feel special as if we were the only guest in the hotel🥹. Every day we returned to our room to find a sweet note from the staff along with chocolates or fruits ( this small gestures make huge difference in our stay ).
