The staff was really kind and helpful. The Regency Club access is a must have. With it you can enjoy the cocktail hours which is way beyond your imagination (drinks and foods). The bbq restaurant was also exeptional. We were 3 different city in Bali (Ubud, Gili and Sanur). Be prepared that this Hotel (and Sanur Beach itself) is similar to western, european trends, not traditional style. It is not a good or bad thing, just a fact. It is your choice which do you prefer.

The facilities and staff were amazing!! The staff really make your stay and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. We had intended to leave and visit the local town but it was so lovely we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave the resort. We did have a massage and would definitely recommend!

The rooms were absolutely breathtaking, with great attention to detail and comfort. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty, offering impeccable service throughout our stay. Is definetly worth to mention the japanese restaurant in the hotel, where the food was absolutely delicious, and to the professionality of the massage terapists. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience in Bali!

It war a truly great time at Klumpu! Stuff was amazing, everything was clean. Every night we had a pleasant surprise - chocolates by our pillows, whisc was very nice. Also Klumpu set our villa and prepared a surprise for us due to upr honeymoon. Food was delicious and prepared very quickly. Location is great

    The serenity of it. It felt so relaxing from the minute we arrived. I loved the wellness spa and the amazing massages, the pools were amazing, the staff were so lovely.

    Service, staff was mostly kind, breakfast good you can choose from many options. Also, if there is a problem they try to solve it as soon as possible. Pool was really great. Also, it is a spa hotel so you have many massage options “in the house”. Nice balcony

    Big clean rooms (fridge tv and Aircon all working,) with an outside sitting area, and 2 pools. The deluxe room was by the quiet pool, private and relaxing, with a beautiful massage room. A great restaurant is also on site. An exceptional breakfast (with a cook to make your order), and a variety each day from banana fritters, fried rice, spaghetti, pancakes, fresh fruit etc etc. The ONLY issue was constantly slamming doors from the guests (pls just put edging on doors!)
