Spa Hotels in Senggigi

I love everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, the room is spacious and modern, the service is excellent. Especially, Dwi in the restaurant is really helpful and super nice. The food is delicious with an affordable price for a 5-star hotel. Definitely, I will be back and recommend it to my family and friends

I spect 1 week in this hotel. All is perfect, personal, location, cleaning, the food is perfect, Spa is good too You can really choose it with closed eyes.

Absolutely loved the Santorini-inspired vibe of the resort. The sunset view over the ocean from our room was breathtaking, and spotting Mount Agung during sunset was an unexpected delight. The room was spacious, with a large washroom area, and came stocked with so many complimentary items that you barely need to pack anything beyond your clothes. We were welcomed with a delicious cheesecake, which was such a thoughtful touch. The balcony doors made the room almost soundproof—despite a lively DJ party at the beach club, it stayed wonderfully quiet inside. The pool is stunning, with an exceptional design, and the food was excellent. The entire resort is simply beautiful, offering gorgeous views all around. Truly a memorable stay!

I'm writing this review on the last day of my stay in The Kayana and I am already missing all of these people. The villas are very clean, the food is always hot, they have a wide range of local food but also the continental ones. Poached eggs were my favorites for breakfast as well as seared salmon for dinner. The eggs were perfectly prepared - not each chef could do it so well even in Europe. The nearby beach is connected with local village - but those people are also very nice and kind even tough they know English a little. You can always find a way to communicate. You can see Lombok from inside thanks to them. And now I would like to thank especially to Muh Yanuar Mukhtur who made our stay an unforgettable experience from the very beginning. He took us from the airport and made us feel safe and comfortable, talking all the way about many interesting things, current situation - he was like an old friend hasn't seen for a long time. He checked our mood and plans daily - asking how he could help. A fancy tied bandana on his head looks exotic and unusual and it could be a great way to express the character and individuality of people who work and live there. Astin - the lady working in the reception desk - always helpful and nice, gives you the advice of travelling and must see tourist point, arranges the trips and solve many, many problems. Dewi - the waitress in the restaurant - always interested in your day and well-being, willing to help with the dish selections, explains all the local ingredients used in the meals, aware of allergens, skillfully selects substitutes. Nurs - the waiter always greets you with some joke, he has a great sense of humor. A great type of waiter, committed but non-imposing. Awan, Defri, Yayat and many many more.... I don't remember all of their names but they all are great people and they do great job. You can feel as a part of their family. Thanks to this team you can feel like home.

Magical atmosphere, out of this world experience, lovely boutique-hotel located in a beautiful bay in Lombok, sea perfect for kayak, snorkeling and swimming. The coral was not exceptional but we saw beautiful fish and turtles a couple of times. We truly enjoyed the close location to the local village which made the experience truly authentic by getting to know the local people and their lives. The hotel is beautifully designed, spacious rooms with lovely interior, big swimming pool and a nice garden. High-end cuisine, though more local Indonesian options would be welcomed. The afternoon tea is a treat! Great spa, more massage choices would be great. Huge thanks to the whole reception team for everything, the driver for our trips, Sunan and Sultan for the great service, Zazu for the magical fishing experience. Staff felt like a big family with a true team spirit, never experienced similar anywhere before. We would definitely would like to come back again. Thanks, Thanks, thank again. The food was amazing ! We ‘only’ had the breakfast and ‘tea break’ but it was sooo nice. The pool is warm and has a great view. The staff is very friendly. We had everything we needed and even more !

We loved our stay at this guesthouse; it was by far the best homestay accommodation we had in Indonesia. The owners and the staff are really helpful, cleaning of the room is made every day; change of sheets and towels at 3 days; really comfortable bed and good aircon; they provide service of laundry , scooter rentals and also organize trips with private driver on the island. Breakfast was great every day and also is a shared kitchen where you had fruits, juices, coffee, water at all time complimentary from the house. The garden is really beautiful and is a great space to stay in the evening and socialize. In order to move around from the location is necessary however a scooter or taxi, since there are about 5 km to Senggigi or to Mataram; The beach that is close by is not very nice, so is better to go in Senggigi. There are restaurants and shops at maximum 5 minutes walk distance to the property. We considered it to be a great value for the services they provided.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were super helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay is enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Sudamala if you are looking for a relaxing experience. The room was also spotless and equipped with everything we needed. They have coffee machines and smart TVs. The view was breathtaking and sitting down in the balcony was so enjoyable. The housekeeping service was brilliant (we stayed in room 220). Overall, it was really difficult to fault the hotel. Well done Sudamala team... Keep up the good work.

Amazing landscape and well maintained .. just can't get enough to look, relax and stay at such beautiful Resort.. No word to describe till you experience it.. Room comfortable living space, complete amenities and open bathroom are awesome.. I highly recommend this Resort for anyone visiting Sengigi, Lombok.
