Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

Food at roof top cafe MUD ESCAPE was very delicious authentic Rajasthani Lal mass and other veg dises was super .Safari organised by the hotel was super , it was memorable experience. From our arrival the staff at 1st Gate Home-Fusion made us welcome, the staff were excellent, the restaurant was excellent, each time we returned to the hotel after being out we were offered tea and cake. The included breakfast was fantastic. We were even provided with a bag lunch for our trip to the next destination. We think you have made an excellent choice in staying at this property. Enjoy.

We are a couple from France and stayed one night at Hotel Little Jaisal and it was truly the highlight of our time in Jaisalmer! The hotel is located very close to the Jaisalmer Fort, which makes it easy to explore the city on foot. They even arranged a free pickup from the train station, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The hotel offers fast Wi-Fi, clean and cozy rooms, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spotless, with a clean and modern bathroom. The entire space felt warm and welcoming, and we were really impressed by the peaceful ambiance of the hotel. One of the best parts of our stay was the one-night camel safari they organized for us. It was a magical experience sleeping under the stars in the quiet, non-touristy dunes. The camel ride was enjoyable, the sunset in the desert was unforgettable, and the whole experience felt authentic and away from the crowds. If you're visiting Jaisalmer, we highly recommend staying at Hotel Little Jaisal. It’s a perfect place near the fort, with great service and unforgettable desert adventures. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!
