Eleanor assisted us with both check-in and check-out, and she was absolutely fantastic—extremely helpful both times. The rest of the staff were just as polite, friendly, and accommodating. We also had the chance to experience their spa, which was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, whether from the buffet or à la carte.
