The most perfect stay. The staff is so friendly, helpful and clear about everything. The entire hotel is sparkling clean. Smelling fresh every single day. You go out to the city and come back just to find your room to be perfectly cleaned: Fresh clean towels. New tea bags & coffee. Minibar refilled etc. The room & bathroom have a neat, beautiful modern design. The bed was huge and so comfortable. No lights coming through the thick drapes, making it pitch dark when you want to sleep. Very amazing breakfast that was included! Too many options to mention here (you name it, they have it) and everything was fresh and delicious. The location is great. Not too close to the city center for it to be loud and noisy yet not too far. There's a bus stop "Aposazza" in front of the hotel, take bus 25 and within 15 mins you're in the city & the train station. No need for taxi. We felt so comfortable that we extended our stay!
