Breakfast was fantastic with many choices

Me and my teen daughter had a fab 2 nights in Naples and in Napoli Centro. The two fab things are: the staff and the location. Right at the centre of a buzzing shopping district, just opposite a metro station and close to main attractions. We met Francesco personally, who was very attentive and helpful. I loved the fact that they contacted me well before our arrival date and answered all my questions. It was very reassuring. The room is lovely, very clean and modern. Balcony overlooking a busy street. Loved the absolute Napolese vibe. Many restaurants around. Bathroom also modern and well-equipped. Although there is no kettle in the room but we can access the kitchen/breakfast room 24hrs and can help ourselves to tea, coffee, water and even pastries. It feels like the family, who run this property really care about their guests and they are proud owners. It shows how much care and attention they put into our overall comfort. Cleaners and waiters are also very attentive. Great wi-fi and A/C. Helped with transport to airport. I am glad I chose this boutique B&B. Highly recommend it!

Great communication with owner

The host Massimo was incredible: very kind, caring and gave us a lot of helpful information. We traveled with our infant and they put a cot up for us immediately and were super kind to her. The restaurant recommendations were fantastic! Everything was clean, quiet and we even had sky TV in the room, which was very nice after a long day exploring Napoli. The accommodation is literally 2 minutes from the waterfront, everything is really close by and the alibus (bus shuttle to the airport) is also just a 10 minute walk. We truly had a magnificent time and can’t thank Massimo enough!

The host was very friendly and helpful! We loved the apartment! It was very clean,modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen had a fridge coffee maker, milk,eggs. The host also left us a small bottle of sparkling wine which was very nice of him. The view from the balcony overlooking Napoli and Vesuvius was spectacular! There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

Carmine was the greatest host we could have ! He picked us up from the airport - gave us a full tour of the house and delighted us with his hospitable!

Outstanding structure located in the heart of Napoli, hotel is like a hidden gem, in historical building (that is under protection of fine arts and needs renovation so outward appearance is little intimidating but once when it is figured out where to go, there is no issues). Hotel is on the second floor, beautifully renovated keeping all its historic charm- some original features of the palace are visible in some rooms. New, modern and decorated with rafinement. Perfectly clean and maintained, smells nicely. Very comfortable queen and king size beds, soft bed linens. Everything is just like it appears in the photos. This boutique hotel is within walking distance to Piazza Plebiscito, Via Partenope, Quartieri Spagnoli… Location is perfect, and even it is in very centre of town, interior is completely insulated from the noise of the lively street. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Charming garden is perfect spot to start a day and eat breakfast outside. But the most valuable is support from hotel team ♥️ hotel customer service is on its highest level, so professional, cordial, clever and genuine assistance. Chiara’s professionalism and loveliness is combination perceived in every detail- she made our stay memorable by arranging private boat trip to Capri, choosing and booking a perfect restaurants either on Capri and in Napoli, helping with a private tour to Pompeii, Vesuv and local vineyards. Everything she did is done in delicate manner, subtle and exquisitely. Her colleague Jordana is also responsible for our great impressions of hotels and Napoli’s hospitality. This team understands perfectly that hotel is a complex business that depends on highly skilled and dedicated professionals to run every detail smoothly and efficiently. The room was great, clean and comfortable. Facilities were fantastic - great value for money. We had a contact person who helped us out with any queries/issues. Room was cleaned every day. We were supplied with snacks and water and a mini fridge.

The location was good, the rooms were nice and clean which is important. Also the staff was very friendly so that was a great step aswell. Very happy with stay

Location: Not far from the city center very close to the metro station, couple of meters. The breakfast was good, fresh croissants in the morning, Lucia even bought ham & eggs which is not a usual breakfast food in Italy. There was a lot of jam, nutella, biscuits, fruit. She even told us we could take from the biscuits and food during the day. There is a coffee machine for making espressos. The bathroom was outside the room, but it was only for us (not shared). Advantage was that we were alone in the accommodation therefore it was very quiet. The accommodation has couple of rooms and a shared kitchen with dining tables. The accommodation was as described, the room has enough space.
