Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! The landlord was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house itself was very comfortable, with spacious rooms and underfloor heating, which was a lovely touch. We’re already looking forward to staying here again next summer! During our stay, we had an unfortunate incident where our car tire broke down on the road late at night. Since we don’t speak Italian, we were quite stressed, but the landlord went above and beyond to help us. They arranged for a tow truck and ensured everything was sorted out smoothly. Thanks to their kindness and assistance, we were able to continue our trip without further issues. If we ever have the chance to visit Italy again, we will definitely stay here without hesitation. Highly recommended

Staying at Hotel Rua Frati 48 in San Francesco was an incredible experience! I was in town for the Cosmoprof fair in Bologna, and choosing this hotel was the best decision. Just a 45-minute drive from the fair, it provided the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and luxury. The rooms are absolutely stunning—spacious, elegantly designed, and full of character. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food and impeccable service. But what truly made my stay special was the amazing staff—warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.and they have a valet parking! After a busy day, returning to this hotel felt like coming home—serene, luxurious, and welcoming. This was a lovely hotel. I'm a bit of a clean freak and this met my usually unreasonably high hygiene standards. I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were really friendly the gentleman behind the reception desk was very welcoming on my arrival. I stumbled on this hotel by accident. I was driving to Milan, and I became too tired to continue driving. I chose this hotel purely based on the location of where I was - it was a great find!
