From the moment we arrived, the staff, particularly the gentleman who checked us in, extended a warm welcome and demonstrated a genuine passion for hospitality. His invaluable local knowledge and the thoughtfully prepared map with suggested destinations enriched our exploration of the area. Our room exceeded expectations with its generous size and impeccable cleanliness. The bed was an absolute highlight, boasting luxurious comfort and ensuring a restful night's sleep after each day of sightseeing. The restaurant further impressed us with its consistently high-quality cuisine, showcasing local flavours and offering a diverse selection at breakfast. Very good hotel, perfect value for money. The staff is great, everyone is very nice and helpful. The location is great too, the beach is a few minutes walk away. The centre is also within walking distance, but there are plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment nearby. We had a great time and are grateful to the staff for their kindness and helpfulness! We can only recommend the hotel, we will definitely return here :)

Probably one of the most iconic stays I’ve ver experienced. I’m fairly sure they read your mind and know what you want/need before you do. Exceptional would be an understatement.

We liked everything, the stuff was very nice, room clean, the breakfast very tasty . the position of hotel is excellent, from one side you have old street view, from the odder side you have countryside view.

A fantastic location to discover the Chianti valley and Sienna. The hotel is really nicely decorated and relaxing with a fantastic view on the hills & vine fields. The bistrot is really good (book a table in any restaurant of the hotel). Castellina in Chianti and Radda are the closest villages on the Strada del Chianti with nice restaurants.
