Fantastic reception staff, smiling, generous, and professional as well as great cleaning ladies, very kind. Beds are super comfortable, breakfast is excellent and location is close to Petra main entrance and very near to restaurants, still quiet. The value for money is unbelievable. Highly recommended!!!

Everything is fantastic: the staff Is smiley, welcoming and very smart and fast in giving advice and making arrangements. The hotel is in a very good location , near to restaurant, shops, but also to Petra Visitor center. Our room was comfortable, big enough and bed and bathroom were perfect! We loved the tasty and various breakfast!

A very nice hotel just less than 10 mins drive from Petra visitor centre. The executive suite had a great view of the city. Rooms were equipped with all modern facilities and everything looked brand new. Restaurant was awesome with a lot of amazing food options. Cheers for the chef and the restaurant staff. They also have sufficient free car parking and the valet service for the same. lso the reception was very helpful in everything including arranging tickets for Petra by night. Although on a separate note, I would recommend against going and wasting time on Petra by night. Petra in the day is pretty awesome and good enough. Save that extra energy by skipping petra by night :)

This was a lovely hotel which provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience before our day hiking Petra. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious! The jacuzzi was so relaxing that it was a struggle to get out. They also provide a free shuttle to and from the entrance to Petra.

The stay was very comfortable. The location is perfect and very close to Petra Visitor centre. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is also very good. Highly recommended this place if you're looking for a budget and comfortable accommodation for your stay in Wadi Musa. An added bonus is they also have an adorable cat who is very friendly.

Great Breakfast with omelettes, scrambled eggs and a huge buffet. The room had all mod cons and a good balcony with views. The staff were amazingly accommodating welcoming us after a long flight from Australia with tea and croissants then ferried us to the Petra entrance as soon as we asked. We toured Petra twice and to our delight in the morning before being taken to the Petra Gates in the hotel bus we were presented with lunch bags complimentary to make our day just that much better. After visiting each time we were picked up by the hotel mini bus and taken back to the venue after calling them on the phone number they provided again complimentary. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff of this hotel. It was wonderful. To top it off Zayed booked a private transfer for us to Aqaba and as usual with this venue the car turned up right on time. I would recommend this hotel as a genuine quality venue with absolutely committed to service staff.

Great hotel! The location is really good. 3 min wallking from Petra entrance. The rooms are clean. Since the hotel was fully booked, we were upgraded at suite, which was truly lovely with a large balcony. The staff is very friendly and kind. The guys at the reception are fun and helpful. Everyone speaks English fluently. Parking is right in front of the hotel and it’s free. The food is good. There's a market just below the hotel, and there are restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommended.
