The location is perfect, amongst it all and walking distance to everything. Local restaurants and food vendors and also upmarket restaurants as well. Keyless entries to the property reception and your room makes everything very easy. The apartments are new and decorated beautifully, very spacious and are equipped with everything you need. They also accommodate for large groups with 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments. Ours had 4 super comfy queen beds in 2 bedrooms and an identical bathrooms each, loved that ! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Brian on night shift would chat to us when we returned from dinner and give us recommendations for site seeing etc.

I stayed at modern room at 47 floor. it has fantastic and dramatic view to the city. I really like it! The facilities like swimming pool and sauna you should book. that’s not comfortable. The restaurant at the 38 floor is really nice and delicious and the staff are really attentive. as for me this is the best hotel in Mexico city.

Where do we start? Our stay was amazing! From the design of the room, the rooftop terrace, the personalized breakfast (with 2 courses) to the service level of the staff (prepping the room for the night): we enjoyed it to the max. Comfortable bed with duvets and AC so no cold night. Good location as well: near the center of Coyoacán and the Frida Kahlo museum. Iván and the rest of the staff really made us feel at home.

Such an incredible hotel - it has literally everything - amazing location, beautiful rooms, epic pool, sauna, gym and spa. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was staying in Mexico City. The hotel team were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner at Balta was incredible.

The included breakfast was amazing, food was very fresh. Staff was very accommodating, friendly, helpful, and gave excellent service! We requested a room change with a city view and they were very accommodating. The included amenities of spa, sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, and gym were definitely worth it. The suites were spacious and very clean. Loved staying here and would definitely stay here again!

The property was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully appointed and very elegant. The staff were all so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious. The roof top terrace is a real bonus, it’s a beautiful place to relax and there’s a hot tub where you can enjoy a mescalita. We will definitely be back.
