Friendly and professional staff, great breakfast, huge and luxurious rooms, rooftop bar, very personal service. Although it’s a big hotel chain, it felt like a boutique hotel. We have tried another 5 star hotel in KL during our stay, but Banyan Tree was the absolute best. The hotel is connected by a bridge to Pavilion shopping center which makes it the ideal location.
