Everything was great . the pools the beach the staff , also animation team very friendly . I booked 2 rooms but when I reached the hotel I asked to upgread , and I got the best villa thanx to Bilal in reservations I just had to pay extra but I was definitely worth it .Tankx A lot to BILAL.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—right by the sea, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s also very convenient, just 15 minutes from the airport and the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and ensuring everything was perfect. The hotel was spotless, with rooms and common areas cleaned thoroughly every day. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday in Bodrum!

I particularly liked staff's kindness, awareness and attention. We had very rude and loud neighbours who would show absolutely no respect. Senior management proposed us to move into a bigger room at no charge. I think the senior management put a very heavy (and welcomed) importance on their guest experience. clean beach with clear and calm water full of fish to watch, beautiful pool, friendly and helpful staff, very beautiful landscaping and flowers every where , super big dining area and buffet with so many options to choose , beautiful white villas with balcony and flowers around it. I got a Turkish bath and massage which was wonderful and the name of the lady helped me was Rose. whatever i say is not enough to describe the beauty of the place .

Maxx Royal Bodrum is an amazing property. All the facilities are wonderful and the staff are on it, exceptional service with a smile. We are especially grateful to lovely Sha, Illpoalita and Ali who have been so caring and for going out of their way to making our stay extra special. The Laguna Rooms are beautiful, spacious. The gym and spa is amazing you can spend a lot of time there. Maxxi Land was fantastic for my children, open 9am-2am - incredible. They just take your kids and look after them so well with regular updates. The great thing is that the hotel is quite big so you never feel overcrowded either and you certainly don't feel like you are on a family resort - everything is very smart and child-friendly but not a kid-show if that makes sense! There were plenty of couples too, and lots of grown up spaces and entertainment, although kids were welcome everywhere. You cannot fault this hotel. It is very expensive yes, but worth every cent. We highly recommend it and will return.
