Enjoying a privileged location on the main boulevard in the heart of Tirana, Rogner Hotel is within walking distance from the main government institutions and business headquarters. It was an excellent breakfast, one of the best we ever had. The restaurant, in general, was amazing, especially the manager, who is conducting with competence and ability a very polite and helpful staff. This really was the main reason for the good rating. The beds were also comfortable, the staff from the main entrance was respectful, thoughtful and friendly.
