Staff, all staff, reception - manager and her assistants, kitchen - breakfast, restaurant personell - all them is on the right place and they are professionals in this. Everything is excellent managed, they all work as one team. They also were able to give useful reccomendations about activities outside and detailed weather forecast - for better choice to choose location for mountains hiking without clouds. Everything was great. Also there is lovely restaurants nearby and access to mountain lifts are in 10 minutes slow walking (summer time).

A solarium is available for a surcharge. Break was amazing. Scrambled eggs, sausages, baked bacon, cheese, salmon, etc. You could even order an omelette or pancakes. Even champagne was there so you can choose either coffee or champagne :)))

We especially enjoyed the spa, with the saunas area standing out as wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to the mountain lifts and very close to numerous hiking trails, which made exploring the outdoors effortless. Overall, it was an excellent stay combining comfort, relaxation, and easy access to nature.

Entire spa-area can be used on arrival day as of 15:00, departure day till 14:00 free of charge This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. Swimming in a warm pool while looking into Alps is such a great feeling. It is a big hotel but you never get a feeling of a crouded place. It is very relaxing atmosphere. Great staff. Impecable cleanness

A rich breakfast buffet with many regional products is served in the morning. In summer, guests can have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the views of the Untersberg Mountain. Everything was just perfect! The place was very clean and so cosy, great facilities, the staff was extremely nice. The breakfast excellent! We would definitely return for a longer stay.

The airport is a five-minute drive away. Wi-Fi and public parking? Free of charge, of course. Our rooms are relaxed, comfortable and stylishly furnished. Many even have a balcony with a view of the mountains – perfect for taking a deep breath. The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing.
