The spa is very good. I like very much the outside swimming poll. There is a big choice of spa facilities, including for children. The dinner and the breakfast were very good too.

There are 4 indoor heated pools at the property that guests can use free of charge. In addition, a fitness room and a tennis court can be found on site. Massages are organized on request. It is perfect for children - but not for many days , 2-3 are ok. The complex is mature but when is overcrowded it looses its concept.

Facilities include 5 conference halls, with different hosting capacities. Everything. They gave us an upgrade in the room we had rented and free access to the swimming pool and the spa for the three of us. The hotel staff were really helpful with a little problem we had with our rental car. Great location to walk everywhere and great view from the window. Private free parking underground. Little presents for our daughter and some sweets at our arrival and more sweets when we arrived back to our room in the evening. Great breakfast (except for the coffee and the juices)

Very nice room, starf was friendly. Great room, comfortable bed, quiet. Breakfast selection was just OK. Room was great, spa wonderful. Massage the best in a while.

The room facility was great, the staff were amazing and very fast responding..answered every call and request very quick. Special thanks to Damitarov and the bar tender and 2 other guys from the reception, and the girl also that worked night shifts.
