The hotel has a terrace and views of the pool, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. 5 stars is not enough for this hotel! We had a clean, spacios room with a double teracce with great view on the sea. Staff was kind and made us feel home. The breakfast was amazing, therefore the price of this hotel is amazing, you get so much for your money. The restaurant is great, wide menu, fabolus dishes also very affordable and if you stay in the hotel they even give you discount.

Working period from June till September. The food , the room , the room view , the staff except the security , not all of them of course just the elderly were a bit grumpy .

Wellness facilities including steam bath, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna are available for free. Perfect location and a great room!! The breakfast and dinner were generous and tasteful, and included in the rate. We walked the entire town from our apartment and it was nice and easy. Kudos to the staff!!

The pool is pretty awesome, it's really clean and hosts were very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended and for sure we will get back again. Thank you for the great time

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Nesebar, Rich Collective is an apartment surrounded by views of the garden. The property features a spa and wellness centre, free bikes and private parking among other facilities. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, a pool table, and free WiFi. The apartment offers a pool with a view with a pool bar, as well as a hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. One of the best holiday stays I've ever had. The hotel is on the 1st line, the beach is right there in front of the entrance, with sun baths available for the good price. Amazing restaurant and cocktail bar. Underground parking included for free, which was a great advantage, considering the hot summer sun. You can easily spend a week there not leaving the territory, enjoying the sea, the beach and local food. The hosts are simply unmatched. We were welcomed at the doors of the complex, they helped to park the car, explained about the facilities in the complex and the apartment, gave the advices what to visit nearby. Overall very helpful, polite and friendly, responding on WhatsApp within minutes. After the first night, we found that some facilities in the apartment were not particularly convenient for us (sofa was too small for sleeping, no microwave). So we've asked if there was a chance to switch the apartment. Not only they responded immediately to our request, but all further communication was done on the highest professional level of hospitality - "Don't worry about anything, we would find the apartments that will fit your needs, your comfort is our priority". These exact words. Ultimately, we were moved to the higher class apartment with a huge terrace and a direct sea view, which was absolutely marvelous to stay. With no extra costs. During the stay we had some minor issues - someone parked on our spot, our swimsuits fall from the balcony on the lower terrace, the hosts responded right away and resolved everything. Including finding the owners of the apartment below ours to take pick up swimsuites. Overall, we had an amazing, worries free holiday, knowing that if we would need any help or advice everything would be taken care of. If we decided to come to Burgas region again - we would certainly book the apartment here again.

For season 2025 the hotel will offer a higher level of All Inclusive meal plan /Premium/ which will include extra snack show cooking next to the swimming pool and extra choice of imported alcoholic drinks. Everything was great, the food, hotel, cleaninless, staff. We have had a great time. I will recommend to all my friends.

A spa centre with a hammam, as well as a fitness centre and massage services are at guests disposal at a surcharge. Amazing location, just next to the beach! Great food, quite a variety. The food changed every day having different thematics i.e. Italian Night., Chinese Night... The apartment we rented had a balcony overseeing the sea, and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff were extra helpful, and they responded promptly to all our requests. We received a complementary cake and shampagne to celebrate an important event for us. We loved all the outdoor activities organised for adults and children.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including hiking. Not in the noisy centre. I loved the view from up the coast. Great food, great entertainment for kids.
