This property was the nicest, cleanest, and most incredible hotel we have stayed at. The spa facilities, staff, and room were exceptional and exceeded all expectations. On the sunny plateau of Melchsee-Frutt in the Swiss Alps, 1,920 meters above sea level, this hotel features a spa and an open-air lounge with mountain views. Stöckalp SMF Ski Lift is 150 metres away. We had an amazing stay at Frutt Mountain (Lago Lodge)! The hotel was incredibly kid-friendly and baby-friendly, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. For the kids, there was a game room with a bowling alley, a cinema room, and even Lego plates at the kids’ buffet – such a fun touch! For our baby, they provided everything we needed, including a baby bathtub, baby body wash, diapers, and wipes. At dinner, they even had a special infant chair for babies who can’t hold their heads up yet – we were so impressed by the thoughtfulness. The whole place was spotless and very well organized. The buffet and sit-down dinner were both extremely delicious. The staff made our stay extra special – Lucca, the manager, was incredibly helpful, our server Stefan was wonderful, and the two ladies at the front desk were so kind. Our room had a breathtaking view, as if we were staying right inside a Scottish loch. Walking around the lake and seeing the cows nearby was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. We’ll definitely be back!

The Hotel Waldegg - Adults only enjoys an elevated south-facing position in Engelberg. It offers panoramic mountain views, a spa area with an indoor pool, and a restaurant. The location, hotel, location, spa area and the most of all Hotel Waldegg staff are impeccable. The rooms and all facilities are clean and tidy (twice daily room service!). The views are breathtaking. We couldn’t recommend this place more. Whether you search for active ski holiday or relaxing trip with leisure and views - this is an excellent choice.

Best place ever to visit in my opinion, friendly people , apartment was clean and good quality. To bad that we spend only a night but definitely we will return in future and stay longer time

This elegant hotel is located only a 15-minute drive from Lucerne and a 2-minute walk from the train station. It offers modern wellness facilities, free parking and a large terrace. This is a high class hotel everything is new beds are very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Location is in the center of town short ride from Luzern. Parking is free and specious.

Everything about our stay was magical! The staff were so kind and welcoming. The hotel is so beautiful, it felt like a real swiss alpine experience with the wooden interiors and beautiful carpets. The location is beautiful and the food was exceptional. We absolutely loved our stay! It was pure quality. So much better than most of the 5-star modern hotels we usually pick. This had so much character and charm and felt so quality. The breakfast was 10/10 and the restaurant food was once of the best meals weve ever had! I highly recommend!

I do not understand reviews about owner. On the reception was a really kind man, which tell us everything what was necessary. Room was very clean and new. There was nice small kitchen with fridge. A few steps from cable car. Highly recommend this hotel.
