Rooms and bed are big and comfy. The bathroom has everything you need. The design of the rooms in general is quite beautiful. Silence makes it easy to sleep at night. The staff was helpful and very polite. The restaurant is very good, I definitely recommend booking a dinner or lunch. The pool and SPA was also a good experience. Perfect place to relax. I recommend it.

The hotel indeed felt like living in a palace. Our room was spacious, had a beautiful view, and was very warm during breezy winter nights. The staff was very friendly, doing their best to accommodate us with the parking and breakfast requests. Breakfast had a Spanish taste with an excellent selection of delicatessens and an 18th century aristocratic setting

We stayed at Spa Puente Romano from May 7 to May 8, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel is perfectly located right in the center, just across the bridge from the old town — an ideal spot to enjoy the charm of Alcalá del Júcar. It’s a brand-new hotel, and it honestly felt like we were the first guests in our room. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped. There was air conditioning, a cozy fireplace that also heats the room, a large TV, and a very comfortable bed. Everything looked exactly like the photos — or even better in real life. There is also free parking right outside, just under the windows, which was super convenient. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi with ambient lighting next to a large mirror — a perfect setting for a romantic evening. The staff were also very kind and allowed us to check out two hours later, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be coming back. I absolutely recommend this hotel — it’s a truly special place in one of the most beautiful towns in Spain.
