Host greeted us on arrival and was available to our needs at all times. Attractive property, quiet and very comfortable. Not too far from the city centre by car which we used every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we had everything we needed.

It was warm and homely, with comfortable beds. Lovely personal touches everywhere, lots of clean fluffy towels and a very well-equipped kitchen. Everything had been thought of and we received a lovely welcome from Sandrine. The location is excellent, being so close to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Would highly recommend for a party of friends or large family get together.

It is located near all amenities, easy to get from the station (10 mins walk) and has its own spa centre. The breakfast was one of the best (although expensive if paid separately) and the room was very good. The bed was very comfortable, so I highly recommend this accommodation.

The hotel is gorgeous, the spa is great with a nice and warm swimming pool and sauna, breakfast is amazing (you can order anything you want from the menu - no buffet), beautiful gardens and the staff treated us like royalty. I thought it would be far from the city centre, but it is just a short and beautiful walk to all main attractions in Bath.

I felt the extra amenities included for our toddler were fabulous! It really made a difference. They were also really flexible when our little one had a temperature.
