Hotel was clean and spacious and friendly staff, lifts were quick and no waiting time, Anan on reception on our arrival was so helpful and friendly, even bringing our room key to the restaurant as our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, he is an asset to the hotel for sure, our views of the city from the hotel room were incredible by day and night.

The Guest Experience and especially Denise, the Duty Manager went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, resolving the issue promptly and making me feel truly valued as a guest. The thoughtful gestures, including different forms of compensations, completely turned my experience around. The follow-up from Prabhash, the other Duty Manager, was also greatly appreciated and reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service. I left Montcalm East feeling genuinely impressed by the team's dedication to creating a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding guest care and attention to detail.

Retaining many of the warehouse’s original features including exposed brickwork and vaulted ceilings, the spacious rooms at the Titanic Hotel are air-conditioned and have a flat-screen TV with Sky Sports Channels and seating area. Each includes tea/coffee making facilities including a coffee machine, Egyptian cotton bedding and an en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Lovely building with great character and personality. Restaurant and breakfast was top notch. Staff were friendly and most helpful. Thanks very much to Haydn at front desk for your help booking me a second taxi at short notice, when the first didn't show.

Occupying levels 34-52, the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard, London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. It features an exquisite restaurant and serves cocktails until late at the highest bar in London. Very well maintained facilities. We used the pool and sauna daily. The room was immaculate and the view was to die for. The location, close to borough market and London bridge station, was also wonderful. I especially enjoyed their WhatsApp concierge. You can ask for help anytime with a text message and all can be arranged for you.

Free WiFi is also available. Loved everything - so spacious and really feels luxurious. Booked two rooms, one with river views and the second for teenage son. Son’s room was upgraded at no extra cost, a lovely touch. Loved the walk in wardrobes in both rooms. Breakfast was superb.
