The shuttle to ubud centre is certainly needed since the location is not in close proximity to any shops or restaurants etc but that also comes with a more quiet location. Overall: Loved it! Would book again :)

The staff were incredible, so friendly and always happy to help, they definitely went above and beyond. The room and facility were simply beautiful. Would definitely stay again.
