Our booking included a turndown which I very much appreciated and the cleaning was always very well done. Breakfast was great as well. The shuttle to ubud centre is certainly needed since the location is not in close proximity to any shops or restaurants etc but that also comes with a more quiet location. Overall: Loved it! Would book again :)

The staff were incredible, so friendly and always happy to help, they definitely went above and beyond. The room and facility were simply beautiful. Would definitely stay again.
