Mostly thanks to Deepak ji at reception who has brilliant team. Gagan , Anchal , Dheeraj, Karuna, Aman, Anjali and Abhishek (One man army). Thanks to Bhatia ji also who has rocking team specially Abhishek & Raman.

Free Wi-Fi is available and free private parking is available on site. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and professional at breakfast, in the gym area. We didn't stay long enough in the hotel, but definitely would use more of the facilities next time. Would recommend this as the best stay in Dhramshala. Would definitely stay here again :)

Excellent facilities and extremely attentive staff who go out of the way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The outside breakfast area, the sunroom, and the Jacuzzi / Pool area have to be amongst the best anywhere in the world. We traveled with our 4 year old and the staff service and care was exceptional throughout the stay!

Guests can work-out at the fully equipped fitness centre or relax with a massage at the full service Oberoi Spa. It also has a billiards room and an activity centre for children. 24-hour room and laundry service is available. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. They were also so kind. When I arrived I was very ill from the windy roads and jet lag and they helped me pay my cab and check in in my room so I could be comfortable and they brought me aid so I could hydrate and get comfortable.

Vegetarian, halal and kosher options can also be requested. It was great staying at Alizeh, good silent location, near main road and shops and coffee shops. Alizeh took care for any need we had and always with smile and care. Room was clean, 24/7 hot water at the shower. Breakfast was good and tasty and don't miss the karaoke and movie night !!!

Hotel jannat resort and spa is located near vashisht temple and have very pleasing view of mountains on all sides from rooftop. everyone are very co operative and very helpful. My room was nice clean and spacious with beautiful interior.recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it was truly a memorable experience. The resort seamlessly combined luxury and tranquility, featuring spacious, elegantly designed rooms with breathtaking views and every comfort imaginable. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were perfectly taken care of. I indulged in outstanding spa treatments and savored delicious meals at the on-site restaurants, which offered an excellent mix of local and international cuisine. Overall, it was an ideal retreat, It was a great stay for us. The location of the hotel is great. The views from the roof are exhilarating. It was great to spend time on the roof as well. I will recommend this hotel for someone looking comfortable stay on budget and I look forward to returning for another refreshing escape.
