The hotel was immaculate, and easily the best place I stayed in during my 10 day trip across India. The room was stunning, large, clean and had a great view. The reception staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond. Breakfast was also great.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

That was special! In our room, a beautiful letter handwritten to welcome us with sweet delights and fruit. CK was lovely kind and professional. Shashtavi, Sashi, Harish so great staff! I will recommend the TAJ hotels definitly to all my friends and family.

Food at roof top cafe MUD ESCAPE was very delicious authentic Rajasthani Lal mass and other veg dises was super .Safari organised by the hotel was super , it was memorable experience.
