We were arriving late and Gianpaulo, the owner, asked us to phone him half an hour before we arrived. We did and when we approached Sibenbras in the rain at 10.30pm he was standing outside to welcome us. He's known locally in English as 'seven arms' becuase he's always busy ! In local dialect 'Sibenbras' ! The whole establishment is pristine and very handy for the village. Steps down to the lake side and next door in the multi-story parking is a lift up. Super. We have visited Limone yearly for 25 years and have had excellent accommodation but this time it was all full. It was our good luck that this new Aparthotel was available but it is now our first choice.

Rooms are amazing, breakfast was so so so nice with a lot of choice, the pool was perfect, walk to the lake is so nice trough the ''woods''. Definitely one of the best hotels ever.
