Amazing (!) view from the shared living room, everything like on the pictures in booking. Was looking forward everyday to get up to see the lake. The living room has also a fireplace which is very nice to sit in front in the evening. Also there are board games like monopoly or cards. There are two kitchens we could use which had everything we need, dish washer, toaster, tools, oil, vinegar, free tea bags with kettle and free coffee for the espresso machine. Everything is tidy, nice and neat. The bathroom for our room was in a different room next to our bed room (noone else can use) which makes it easy to use at night and not wake the other person up with the light in the bathroom. The owners are very kind and hearty. Has lots of recommendations and helps with booking restaurants when you don't speak Italian. We will recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful stay in Cannobio at this recently renovated house run by a lovely family. Each family member takes part in making everything run smoothly, which gives the place a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Parking is included, and it takes only about 12–15 minutes on foot to reach the lake. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic – beautifully arranged with great attention to detail. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cannobio!

The friendly and helpful staff made our stay memorable. They were very attentive and the dining room staff went out of their way to ensure we had every food, drink and comfort we could hope for. The inclusive bar and wine at dinner were the cherry on the top of the divine menu and experience. I love to give 5-star ratings when deserving, and this hotel takes them all. Looking forward to our next stay there

Surrounded by a garden, where in the summer months tables and umbrellas are set up for dinner and breakfast, the Camin Luino is one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels on this side of the lake. The room was great, staff very pleasant and helpful.

The property also offers a free gym and guests can rent bikes upon request at an additional cost.The hotel also offers Electric Car charging stations. The place is magical and offers tons of amenities I loved that you can park the car right by your doorstep, the rooms are super clean and built smart - you have the option to refrigerate food or cook something up if needed The room is very romantic in my opinion, you also have a balcony with a table and chairs and a small tv (not smart tv so it only has Italian channels but we didn’t mind) It seems that a lot of thoughts were put into creating this magical place, we had a lake view from our room and it was so fun waking up to this I can’t wait to come back!
