This 5-star design hotel is set in a quiet tree-lined boulevard in a residential area in the heart of Genoa, a 10-minute walk from the main shopping street XX Settembre and city centre. Beautiful luxurious property with a spacious comfortable room and private roof terrace. The little extras we received like complementary mineral water and sweets were a nice way to welcome guests.

My wife and I stayed in the Romance Suite, it was perfect and is brand new. Hosts are fantastic, helpful with everything from directions, showing how to use automated entry doors, handling luggage, restaurants and organized beach suggestion all within a few hundred feet in front of property, and driving rental car to Remia’s enclosed/locking gate parking spot. Felt very safe and secure throughout 4 night stay.

The hotel itself is a modern gem, with sleek, beautifully designed architecture and impeccable landscaping that create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. A special shoutout to Simone, who was an absolute star! He organized a boat charter for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—swimming in the crystal waters of Portofino and visiting the breathtaking sunken statue of Jesus of the Abyss was an unforgettable experience. The hotel also impressed us with their attention to detail, even ensuring our electric car was fully charged and ready to go. In an area where finding a high-quality hotel with exceptional service can be challenging, Capitolo Riviera is a true standout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Absolute highest recommendation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Belvedere9 is situated with incredible views overlooking la spezia harbour. it is a peaceful and restful place that is both conveniently located along the Cinque Terre and is also a world of its own. It is a wonderful place to pause and I would recommend having time in your schedule to spend a day or two simply being there without going out as it is absolutely wonderful. The most special thing about Belvedere9 are the hosts - their hospitality is royalty standard and the food is all local/home grown, absolutely delicious and presented with pride and care. I would not be surprised if soon Belvedere9 becomes booked for years in advance it is so good 🌟
