I’m glad I chose this hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to the ABC Mall, adding great convenience to my visit.

We had a friendly and warm welcome, a room upgrade and good explanation of the hotel facilities by Manuella from the front desk upon our arrival. We ordered from room service and the portions were surprisingly large compared to other places. Breakfast was tasty with amazing panoramic views over Beirut from the 31st floor. Friendly staff overall and we hope to be back.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was great as well. The pool also nice. But best part was the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and really eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Rayan from the reception. She was very friendly and nice. Also breakfast staff were very cooperative as well. We went to breakfast late they were almost closing but they did all they can to get us what ever we want as fast as possible so that we don’t miss it.
