Newly built (Dec 2024) and well maintained. There are 3 houses, each containing 2 rooms, so 6 rooms in total. Very friendly and welcoming staff, walking distance to Nilaveli beach (700 m), clean and spacious rooms with high ceiling, wonderful food.

A really great place to stay literally 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes to the nearest restaurant. The gardens are beautiful and a real oasis away from the sun and heat. Thines was extremely helpful and the room was great.

We stayed here for two nights and it was very good. Very clean, very new, good working AC, nice wather pressure and the host is very helpful and kind. They also have a garden shower which is nice. The beach is just 100 meters down the street. You can use the fridge in the kitchen. Very nice place to stay !

They are super warm, fast and welcoming. Really make you feel at home. The location is also really good, around you can find many bars and restaurants, and the beach is beautiful. We had mixed grilled fish plate for dinner and we liked it a lot, very fresh and tasty.

We received a warm welcome and the room was very clean and good beds. What a terrific hosts, so friendly and they also booked two trips for us (pigeon island and dolphin spotting). The breakfast was also great, homemade and very tasteful. If you go to Nilaveli this is the place to go! Also close to the beach. Very good stay for the price you are paying.

Perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday at the beach. Beautiful, large, comfortable, and well equipped rooms, excellent service on all departments, beautiful beach, very good restaurant with varied menu. For breakfast (we always took Sri Lankan) and were offered different dishes for each of the three days we spent there. You are out of town and therefore will need transportation to go anywhere. This can be easily arranged through the hotel (that has also a private tuk-tuk), but honestly, apart from a lovely three hours tour of Trincomalee city, the only thing we really wanted was to enjoy the peace and beauty of the resort. Even with heavy rain it was wonderful to sit in the room's veranda. Tip: if you are an early riser you can watch the local fishermen in the process of retrieving the nets with the catch. Fascinating!
