Everything. This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's brand new and everything is easy to use. The staff is absolutely awesome and will show you around the property. Special shout out to Vinah who was amazing!! The property is quiet and in a very convenient location across from a cafe called Dozo, a money exchange place, and several massage places. There is every type of food you can imagine in the basement of the mall. It's a very cheap Grab ride away from everywhere you'll need to go too. I could go on and on. Loved this place and already regret leaving!

Pan Borneo Hotel Kota Kinabalu is your gateway to a luxurious and family-friendly staycation, just 5 minutes from Kota Kinabalu International Airport. They served the fresh breakfast. I was happy to wake up in the morning.

Easy to get to from the airport. Reception was easy. The rooms were so clean. The view of the sea is amazing. The location is very central. Breakfast is to die for! If you ever get a chance to stay with this hotel, do so. Its luxury at its best.

Perched on top of a hill, this resort is surrounded by the tropical rainforests of Borneo. We loved everything especially the pool which was beautiful and clean nice and big and a perfect for the hot weather. Dining including breakfast was excellent and very well priced. Beds were large and comfortable there was plenty of space in the rooms and bathrooms.

Great nature surrounding the place, amazing hotel design, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Beach is also huge and very beautiful. Special thanks to placing is in a great room and to Isaac (waiter at the restaurant) for being so polite and having such great knowledge about other countries and cultures.

The Magellan Sutera Resort is large property popular with families, groups, and couples. Staff were professional and very helpful. The rooms (ours was sea view, king) are spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and very popular with children, and there is a small beach to access the sea. There are several restaurants to choose from with very good food options. The breakfast buffet (included) was tasty, varied and plentiful. The view from the open-air breakfast area was truly tropical.

This is a beautiful apartment, with amazing views out to the islands off the coast of Kota Kinabalu. It's walking distance from everywhere you'd need/want to visit in KK. There is an amazing café in the same building - Nana's Desert Café on Level 2 (I think it was Level 2 anyway). I adored the decoration in this apartment. There's also a laundrette on the ground floor, which was very useful as I'd been travelling for a while by the time I got here.
