The spacious apartment with a patio and garden views has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies. The apartment offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. The house is beautiful and clean. Both rooms are spacious with their own ensuite bathrooms. Issac and Annie were very welcoming and made sure we had plenty of supplies. It is so much better than a hotel. We really love the apartment. Definitely our first choice when we visit Hamilton again.

Guests at the apartment will be able to enjoy activities in and around Taupo, like skiing, cycling and fishing. Hiking can be enjoyed nearby. We love the separate bedroom and living room. Host was so friendly also helpful! Also the outdoor bathtub was awesome!

The room was clean, the staff friendly, the bar spacious to relax, the food tasty, it's dog friendly and positioned next to the Tongariro so has access to lovely riverside walking. It's a great place for an overnight spot if you are travelling through the north island. Oh and the coffee cabin in the carpark has great coffee and options for breakfast the next morning too!

Beverley provided all the ingredients of a delicious breakfast and even offered to put all the dishes away into the dishwasher. The place was located up hill and had a lovely view of the trees surrounding the property. Beverly made sure we had everything we could ask for. The bath/spa was relaxing and bed was super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay & would love to return. Thank you!

Everything was perfection! The space was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The facilities we're clean and tidy. The Smart TV was available to enjoy movies, music and TV series. The beds we're luxurious and comfortable. Great choices we're given for the inclusive breakfast. Tash was incredibly kind and accommodating host to my Wife and I, aswell as our pets. Great location with spectacular views of the bay from the bedroom, pool or breakfast/lounge area. Spa Pool is awesome with stunning night or day views. Room is comfortable, with all necessities and heaps of luxury supplies. David is a master at hosting and makes guests feel absolutely welcome, with friendly chats and tons of activity, dining and entertainment recommendations. Privacy was never an issue when we needed it.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. We had a one bedroom apartment style room and this was incredibly spacious for our family during the stay and something we were impressed by. Wi-Fi worked well. We used the sauna during our stay and that was good. Breakfast had a broad range of options. Not too far located outside of the centre of town, but we had a car and would not recommend for those without a mode of transport.

This was our first accommodation after a very long journey to New Zealand - and it was exactly what we needed. A calm, comfortable oasis to relax and rejuvenate before continuing on our adventure! The hosts are superb, and the breakfast was definitely appreciated. While we weren't up to using the spa, it is in a gorgeous spot on the property. The covered guest parking is easy to find. We really enjoyed walking around the garden too! The property was very convenient to drive to Hobbiton.

The breakfast was superb with an excellent choice of continental and hot breakfast. The food was prepared and presented beautifully on china crockery and was freshly made by our host, Maria. The bedroom was lovely with all our needs catered for and a special chocolate treat as well. A very welcoming host in Maria who wanted to please her guests and couldn’t do enough for us. The outdoor space had lovely seating areas and looked out over the creek and landscaped gardens. A restful and peaceful place to relax.

My wife and I spent a night at the resort with a couple of friends and we loved this place. We enjoyed the warmed up pool, sauna and hot tub at the sunset. We also had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was delicious too. The room was spacious and clean. The warmed floor ion the bathroom was the cherry on top :)

We enjoyed the restaurant including breakfast, private hot tubs which were available to book for free, the spa bath in our room which had nice strong jets and was hot lovely to relax in. The, lake views from the balcony were great to wake up to or enjoy sunset from. Good location for easy lakefront walks. The room decor was nice with art work and plants and soundproofing was good as we didnt hear much noise from neighbouring rooms.
