Early in our stay, we had a problem with the drapes in our room; the staff immediately resolved the issue in the nicest and most generous way imaginable. Thanks especially to manager Soraia Ribero, who could not possibly have been more helpful and thoughtful. We were upgraded and treated so specially. The staff and Soraia, in particular, made our first trip to Porto so memorable and special. We shall never forget our trip to Porto and hope one day to return to Porto’s Wine & Books Hotel.

The view from the patio, the loft and two toilets, the shower was hot and amazing. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the the breakfast staff were so friendly. The location was so convenient, umbrellas available on rainy days, everything was wonderful, we will return.
