Clarion Post owns Skönhetsfabriken Spa. Dry saunas, steam rooms and ice showers are found on site. Beauty treatments can also be booked. Beautiful hotel, well designed, in an ideal location. I needed to change rooms to one that has a bathtub, as I needed it for a baby, and the hotel staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant on the second floor had some of the best food in Gothenburg.

The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre is a 5-minute walk away. Guest rooms are picturesquely furnished where modern is mixed with a touch of boho and vintage, it feels like coming home when guests stay. Complimentary tea and coffee are offered all day. Within a 10-minute walk is Liseberg Amusement Park and the city's main entertainment street, Avenue. The Scandinavium Tram Stop is 100 metres away and takes guests to Gothenburg Central Station in 5 minutes. It was a fantastic stay. They are always ready to support you and make your stay pleasant. Great location both for sightseeing but especially if visiting an event at Scandinavium. Skyview rooms come with breakfast on the 29th floor restaurant Imagine in tower 3. Views are gorgeous of the Liseberg amusement park as well as the city. On the 23rd floor of tower 1 the all day restaurant serves a fantastic shrimp sandwich. In mid March the price of staying at Gothia Towers was also very reasonable.

This quiet hotel lies by Lake Vänern, just 5 minutes’ drive from Vänersborg city centre. It has a gym and spa and offers free Wi-Fi, pool and sauna access.

Guests can relax in the hotel’s garden or book skin treatments and massage at the spa. There is also a hairdresser on site. I really enjoyed the view and the water pressure. I'm a stickler for the water pressure.
