Each and every staff member was exceptional. We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

It is mainly an all inclusive resort frequented by families looking for sun, swimming pools and the all inclusive package deal. Having said that we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were great with a separate living area and large balcony. Modern decor and spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was enormous with plenty to choose from and even though it was busy the staff were on top of everything in keeping it all clean and tidy. They were also very friendly and attentive. We were driving and there is a small parking area on the premises plus parking on the street. Highly recommended.

Still, very good and stylish hotel. I like the way they keep a relaxing calm atmosphere. Food is great, although breakfast is a little repetitive. Our room was a disappointment. We had stay downstairs next to cleaning storage. Noisy early in the mornings and no view from the small balcony.
