The room had the classical and modern elements required to cater for a comfortable experience. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant that can appeal to all kinds of taste and preferences. Sauna and hot steam bath was great after a cold day walking around Sapa. Staff was friendly, especially the front desk who also arranged a transfer vehicle for us back to Hanoi. Special thanks to Tina who went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we had with the driver and ensured we reached our destination without any further hassle.

Hotel Bamboo is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and delicious food. The hotel service deserves special recognition, especially KC, who is exceptionally helpful. Thanks to his support, our check-in was smooth, he arranged a scooter for us, and he assisted us with everything we needed. He even organized the transport of our backpack to another city after we accidentally left it behind! I wish every hotel had staff like KC. Highly recommended!
