Great location close to the sea, we could see whales in the bay from our balcony and there were many restaurant options close by. The room was clean, spacious and lovely, the staff very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at The Marine Hermanus was truly exceptional. The hotel is elegant and beautifully located, offering stunning ocean views – we were even lucky enough to watch whales right from our room, which made the experience unforgettable. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious food and excellent presentation, while the staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, everything was simply outstanding – from the breathtaking views and whale watching to the fine dining and world-class service. We would highly recommend The Marine to anyone visiting Hermanus.

The historic and tranquil White Water Farm is situated in the rural Kleinriver Valley, 10 km outside of Stanford and within 30 minutes drive from Hermanus. very charm place & a fantastic breakfast basket , Stanford is close and a quit little town.

Villa Chad Luxury Guesthouse is located in the Sandown Bay of Kleinmond. There is an outdoor pool and free WiFi access is available. I don’t even know where to begin describing the wonderful experience my family and I had staying at VillaChad Guesthouse. The hosts were incredibly attentive and communicative, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely flawless. The property stands out for its impeccable taste in decor and the organization of the spaces, featuring spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms. The breakfast, lovingly prepared by the hosts, was another highlight, making each morning a delight. The surrounding area is full of attractions, and the R44 route is an absolute must-see. I highly recommend VillaChad Guesthouse to anyone and can’t wait for the opportunity to return, hopefully for a longer stay to enjoy even more of this fantastic place!

The pretty Abalone Guest Lodge is a 4-star property situated at Sievers Point, directly on the cliffs overlooking Hermanus Bay, an ideal spot for whale-watching. The breakfast was wonderful--very fresh and well prepared. The location was exceptional. The hotel sits on a point overlooking the bay. We had come for whale watching, and could see the whales swimming from our room. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful in making dinner and activity reservation and airport transfers.

De Kloof Heritage estate is a Cape Dutch boutique hotel and spa , is just a few minutes walk into the heart of Swellendam. It has a 12-metre outdoor pool and spa with panoramic mountain views. Great hospitality and we were so well treated! Many thanks!

Bloomestate Swellendam offers stylish rooms and several sunbathing terraces on its expansive grounds. It features a saltwater pool and in-house beauty treatments. Wonderful property and hosts! Breakfast exceptional and room and bathroom very generous is size. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Swellendam.
