The view is always the best thing about it, the balcony view is amazing. And also it was my birthday so the staff surprised me with a cake in my room and a cute note.

Schulphoek Seafront House is elegantly decorated with original mid-century art and furniture, and has spacious well-appointed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. The house offers a complimentary shuttle service in an around Hermanus and a concierge desk. My wife and I stayed at Schulphoek for three days as our honeymoon. The facilities are modern and the spaces are exceptionally clean. Even more importantly the staff are superb - always friendly and approachable whilst always maintaining upmost respect and professionalism. This really is an awesome team that can be proud of themselves!

Garden Route Game Lodge is located near Albertinia, overlooking the Langeberg Mountain Range. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and various animals can often be seen. It features a pool and a restaurant.

Guests can experience game viewing tours organized by the Lodge. The sun loungers by the pool allow guests to have a relaxing sun bath. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in public areas. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms, the safari and the food were amazing. It is worth the 4 hour drive from Cape Town for this hotel.

Full English breakfast is served at Shoreditch Restaurant. It also serves South-African cuisine with a European twist, indoors or on the terrace. High Tea is available every Saturday and on Sundays, there are jazz brunches with live music. Beautifully decorated hotel and room. Hotel staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast spread was delicious with a good variety. Great views of the ocean. Definitely recommend!

The beach is also just 50 metres away, offering a variety of water-sports and nature tours. Great location close to the sea, we could see whales in the bay from our balcony and there were many restaurant options close by. The room was clean, spacious and lovely, the staff very friendly and helpful.
